About Us

Mr. Tunney has over 15 years of experience managing complex projects, leading large teams, driving business growth and execution. Since founding Saint Frank Advisors, Mr. Tunney has focused the entitlement and development process across 9 projects, 400+ acres and 19 buildings totaling 7M SF. Prior to joining , Mr. Tunney was an executive in charge of Red Bull North America's live event network spanning over 12 markets with 150+ events and activations at 20+ global festivals annually. Mr. Tunney received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Studies at USC's Marshall School of Business and has applied his expertise as a part of the executive management team at 7 different start-up ventures.  

Kaylee has a passion for accounting and flipping land. Kaylee has a knack for finding properties whose value has the potential to increase exponentially. Kaylee has a great eye and lots of connections to contractors, landscapers and anyone else you might need to buy cheaper and sell for a profit. Kayleee is currently obtaining her BS in Accounting at Cal State University Long Beach.
